Everyone I know wrestles with their strange and powerful mind machines. Even before the shit hit the fan in such a universal way, we were all, in some form or another, struggling with our minds and the ceaseless thought forms that plague most of us on the daily. Why does it have to be this way?! 😭 (asks my mind machine) I don’t know, but I would love to talk about it, to use the deep magic of thetahealing to create some relief and understanding around our talkative lil side-kick, unwanted friend, irrepressible (and repetitive!) inner bully, our least favorite worried and judgmental superstar with it’s non-stop inner dialog about what is happening, what is going to happen and what has already happened in the past…. I will offer a little from an NLP perspective, we will do some brain training exercises together, we will meditate to slow that shit dowwwwn in a hearty attempt to find our sanity and ourselves beyond our thoughts!
GroupThetaHealing Session #10; The Theatre of Your Mind
I started doing donation based group work at the beginning of covid to stay connected to people and with the desire to offer something in a universally strange and challenging time. These are not polished, edited productions but simple recordings of the group work I've been doing most Friday's @ 3:00.
These offerings are designed to uplift, to soothe and to celebrate the transformation that can happen when we slow down and learn to use language in a way that empowers.
Quite a few of these include a ThetaHealing Meditation in the beginning, for those of you unfamiliar with the practice, feel free to follow along or skip to the group work, although I believe the meditation is just as beneficial to receiving as the work itself.
